Age is Just a Number!

Many people are afraid to hit the big 30,40 50+. We’ve heard it before, but it’s true age really is just a number! We can not avoid our biological age from increasing since the months & years inevitably pass by, but how we feel, how our body and skin look & how our health is when we reach those ages can definitely be like that of a younger (or older) person depending on our lifestyle choices!

Have you seen young people that look much older than they really are? I have definietly seen teenagers and young adults with the health and phyiscal condition of a much older person. Most people in this situation usually have poor eating habits, do not sleep well, do not exercise enough nor do they take care of their skin and others additionally have the habit of smoking and drinking alcohol regularly, thus is why they experinece low energy and do not have the vitality that other teens and young adults should enjoy.

On the other hand have you seen older adults & even some elderly people that have taken care of themselves for years and they look great for their age!?

After age 25 our body begins to “age” and as the years go by we gradually begin to lose muscle mass, skin elasticity and bone density . This is why it is important to make sure at whatever age we are in that we make sure to each day ingest the appropiate amounts of protein, water, calcium, collagen, anti-oxidants and other nutrients. These can be taken in through our foods, snacks, meals and of course supplements!  I make sure to eat healthy and take my Multi-Vitamins, Cell Activator, Calcium, Omega 3 fatty acids, Nutritional Protein Shakes, collagen & more everyday to meet my daily nutritional needs.
